Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role:

As a Support Worker with Your Care Recruitment, you will be working alongside clients with learning disabilities, providing them with the care and support they need to live fulfilling lives. This is an agency role, offering excellent rates of pay, free ongoing training, uniform, holiday pay, pension, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide care and support to clients with learning disabilities.
  2. Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience working with people with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
