**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Stark Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with high-value suppliers and driving business growth.

As a key member of our Supplier Account Management team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage two Strategic Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and maximise value for both parties.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
