Regional Sales Development Manager

Cavendish Maine is a respected market leader in the Flooring Sector, with rapid growth over 10 years. We are expanding our sales force with additional sales professionals to cover South East England and London.
About the Role:
This key appointment will develop sales of Floorcoverings products to Social Housing and New Build Housing sector. The successful candidate will form close working relationships with key customers and manage supply chain for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, secure and manage social and new build projects on the territory
- Deliver budgeted sales required
- Work closely with distribution base to manage supply chain for ongoing projects
- Implement company pricing strategy in housing and distribution
- Support distributors sales teams and ensure product training and promotions are implemented
- Provide market intelligence concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Floorcoverings, KBB or Ceramics sector, working knowledge of leading Housing Association, Housebuilders, Specifiers and Contractors in the geographical area. They should also possess a collaborative approach, team player, end goal focused, persistent, ability to work towards longer term objectives, strong verbal ability, ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, organised, self motivated, numerate and analytical, and ability to work autonomously and in team environment.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
