Site Development Manager for Data Centre Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Development Manager to join our valued client, a leader in the design, build, maintenance, and operation of Data Centres. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Site Project Management career in this exciting market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain consistent planning processes and templates.
- Define and agree project planning requirements and programme.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project planning objectives.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate and provide competitive edge.
- Create robust and integrated project plans addressing market challenges, project risks, health and safety, and cost planning.
- Data Centre experience: minimum 3 years.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Project planning and coordination.
- Process development and implementation.
- Stakeholder management.
- Cost planning and risk management.
£80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Work Location:Gatwick, UK.
Contract Type:12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
