Job Details

Stark Group is seeking a skilled Portfolio Tracker and Insights Developer to join our Asset Management team. This role requires a strong analytical background, with experience in developing tools and insights that drive business value.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking our energy meters, maintaining asset data, and resolving customer enquiries. They will also support the Team Leader in identifying areas for improvement, developing cost-effective solutions, and ensuring the accuracy of our metering databases and registers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analysis and Tool Development: Produce analysis and tools that provide information needed to maximize asset portfolio value.
  2. Tool Ownership and Improvement: Own, improve, and keep up to date a suite of tools that help turn asset data into actionable insights.
  3. Process Improvement: Support Team Leader in identifying issues or opportunities to improve – and drive forward the design and implementation of cost-effective solutions.
  4. Asset Data Maintenance: Maintain our asset data to ensure we maximize their life and value.
  5. Databases and Registers Management: Ensure Stark's Gas and Electricity metering databases and registers are up to date and accurate through exception reporting.
  6. Routine Reconciliation: Perform routine reconciliations against information held in industry databases, problem solving any mismatches that arise.
  7. KPI Reports and Management Information: Assist in the production of routine departmental KPI reports and Management Information for the senior management team.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
