About the Role:

The primary objective of this role is to maintain accurate asset data that underpins our customer portfolio, ensuring maximum revenue potential and resolving customer queries efficiently. As an Asset Data Analyst, you will provide a solid front-line service for meter and network services, handling customer inquiries via email and phone calls.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate asset data, ensuring meter databases and industry registers are up-to-date through regular reporting and reconciliations.
  2. Track and recover removed meter assets from customers.
  3. Ensure network systems are maintained to register growing portfolios and meter points in billing following new installations.
Requirements:
  • Ideal degree education in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance).
  • Previous work experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills, with ability to learn complex tasks.
  • Confident use of Word and Outlook.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and numerical mind.
  • Ability to strive for accuracy and present information clearly.
  • Supportive team player with a customer-focused approach.
  • Professional demeanor in busy situations.
