**Company Overview**:
Coinford is a groundworks and concrete frame specialist that delivers contracts ranging from £1million to £50million throughout London and the Southeast of England. This role works out of our Head office, Redeham Hall.

**Role Purpose/Objective**:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced payroll analyst to join our team. You will be strongly organised and able to meet priority deadlines in a fast paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Must have broad knowledge of payroll practices and procedures, payroll documentation procedures and requirements.
- Respond to inquiries related to payroll processes and procedures.
- To maintain and be the main user of the external payroll bureau system (Iris OpenSpace).
- To maintain internal systems as appropriate for payroll (Elf productivity, Evision)
- Accurate and timely administration of monthly TC’s and monthly PAYE payrolls.
- Processing of employee-related expenses.
- Responding to queries in respect of individual payments made/to be made.
- Collate additional payroll information, such as overtime and other one-off charges or payments.

**Experience/skills required**:
Experience with high volume data entry and analysis.

Strong level of PAYE payroll knowledge is essential.

2+ years of experience in payroll & benefits.

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

Construction industry/IR35 experience is desirable but not essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
