Pharmacist Medication Specialist

The NHS is seeking a skilled Pharmacist Medication Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent, remote working opportunity ideal for candidates looking for a stable career.
Main Responsibilities- Supporting practice sites with medicines-related tasks using GP systems (emis and s1)
- Performing structured medication reviews and safety audits
- Primary care and/or GP practice experience is essential
- Experience using clinical systems Emis / System1 is required
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an onsite role, collaborating with colleagues to resolve medication-related issues and improve patient outcomes.
