As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing specialist care to children with complex needs, working closely with our experienced team to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs, including enteral feeding, medication management, and personal care.
- Work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to children and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care work, preferably with children with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
