About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Expert Lead to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S in Gatwick. As a key member of our Clinical, Medical & Regulatory (CMR) department, you will play a vital role in driving medical and scientific initiatives across our obesity/diabetes portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Lead medical governance around process review and approval of materials
  • Contribute to internal panels and groups related to compliance decisions impacting overall business
  • Provide optimal delivery of scientific information to medical and scientific communities
  • Ensure compliant and high-quality medical education strategy via various digital channels
  • Contribute to development of Medical Affairs strategy
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a medical or pharmacy degree, be UK registered, and possess prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, you should have knowledge of good clinical practice and clinical trial methodology. As an ABPI qualified medical signatory, you will be registered with PMCPA/MHRA and have strong experience in reviewing materials. You will also be a UK GMC registered doctor or GPhC registered pharmacist following yearly revalidation processes.

About the Department

Our Medical Affairs department is responsible for medical and scientific dialogue supporting the appropriate use of innovative treatments, including Novo Nordisk products. We ensure that our activities are undertaken in an ethical and scientifically sound manner, safeguarding trust and respect from HCPs and patients.
