Cybersecurity Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Penetration Testing Lead to join our Cybersecurity team at LTIMindtree. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading penetration testing activities to identify and assess vulnerabilities in our clients' IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Penetration Testing Activities: Develop and execute penetration testing plans to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems.
• Assess Vulnerabilities: Conduct thorough assessments of identified vulnerabilities to determine their impact and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop Security Reports: Create detailed security reports highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of security findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong Understanding of IT Security Principles: Possess a deep understanding of IT security principles, including network protocols, cryptography, and security vulnerabilities.
• Experience in Penetration Testing: Have prior experience in penetration testing, with a strong focus on identifying and assessing vulnerabilities.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• BC/BS Clearance: Hold a current Security Clearance (SC) or be eligible for SC.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSCP Certification: Hold an OSCP certification or equivalent.
• CREST Certification: Hold a CREST certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Penetration Testing Tools: Have proficiency in penetration testing tools, including Nmap, Metasploit, and Burp Suite.
