Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, high-touch client services with personalized product recommendations. You will meet individual sales goals and KPIs targets through the use of La Mer brand knowledge and performance of the La Mer Service Ritual with every client. You will also promote and maintain the La Mer brand image and personify the La Mer Service Mission and Values.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of excellent client service within a luxury brand
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in a cosmetics/luxury environment and skin care preferred
  • 2 years of retail experience
  • Superb communication skills in person and on the phone
  • Impeccable service standards and a luxury shopping experience for each client according to the La Mer Luxury

Others

All roles are based Airside, within Gatwick airport. Successful candidates will require airside clearance before starting work, which includes a criminal reference check and 5 years of employment referencing. Shifts include full-time and part-time options, with a requirement to work a fair share of early shifts, including some starting at 4am. We are an equal opportunities employer.
