Fragrance Expert Opportunity at Jo Malone London

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Fragrance Experts. As part of our Travel retail team, you will work within one of the most dynamic retail environments, located in stores of our retail partner World Duty Free.

The primary responsibility of a Fragrance Expert is to provide outstanding customer service and deliver on service goals. You will be the host with the most, entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to customers and colleagues.

As a Fragrance Expert, your key qualities include fragrant fun, curiosity, and kindness. Creativity is an essential part of this role, from delivering signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting consultations where you will help create precious memories for passengers.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the store environment, operations, stock management, on-counter events, assisting with opening and closing the boutique, and housekeeping duties. A Fragrance Expert will understand their individual sales and service goals and strive to achieve them.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
