The Asset Management Specialist role at Stark Group is a key position within the team responsible for tracking our energy meters. This role requires an individual who can maintain the asset data that underpins our portfolio while helping resolve enquiries from our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement analysis and tools to provide actionable insights on our asset portfolio, ensuring maximum value is achieved.
  2. Own, improve, and maintain a suite of tools that transform asset data into meaningful insights, supporting data-driven decision making.
  3. Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify areas for improvement and drive the design and implementation of cost-effective solutions.
  4. Ensure accurate and up-to-date asset data is maintained, maximizing asset life and value.
  5. Verify the accuracy and completeness of Stark's Gas and Electricity metering databases and registers through exception reporting.
  6. Perform routine reconciliations against industry databases, resolving any discrepancies that arise.
  7. Support the production of routine departmental KPI reports and Management Information for senior management.
  8. Liaise with meter removal companies to recover the value of our meters.
  9. Maintain Network systems to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  10. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional asset services.
  11. Manage central queries mailboxes, taking ownership to resolve queries within standard timescales and escalating as required.
  12. Resolve complex queries through data analysis, audit trail review, and collaboration with Suppliers, Account Managers, and other internal teams.
  13. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to ensure continuity of high-quality service.
  14. Contribute to the creation and review of procedures to enhance services offered.
  15. Participate in regular training and learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
  16. Adhere to Stark policies, procedures, and working practices.
  17. Ensure personal and others' health and safety, using work equipment safely and cooperating with managers to provide safe systems of work.
  18. Perform other reasonable duties as required.
