**The role**:
LHH are delighted to be working with one of our well-established clients on this exciting role, HR Systems Analyst. Reporting to the HR Systems Specialist, you would be responsible for the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems as well as optimisingthe use of data to ensure change and compliance is delivered across the function.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Gaining an expert knowledge of the HR System and its relation to HR Service Centre processes
- Becoming an expert of the internal Portal, understanding all processes and integrations, including the LMS
- Investigating system functionality to provide solutions to business requirements
- Producing data for the HR Team and wider business
- Providing support to the business on HR systems queries
- Ad-hoc system admin duties, including reporting and data requests
- Systems support to wider HR Team, including training on specific modules

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone with experience of HR Systems and ideally an understanding of the HR Shared Services model. This role will assist with adaptations and systems changes that will benefit the business, therefore would suit someone with a naturalcuriosity and understanding of HR Systems configuration.

We're also looking for;
- HRIS experience
- Advanced Excel skills along with statistical analysis and modelling skills
- Good attention to detail, analytical acumen, and business process knowledge
- Time management skills and the ability to balance project work with day to day responsibilities
- Effective communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders
- Any previous experience of converting paper-based processes into safe and reliable automated systems, is desirable
