**Job Description:**
Your role will involve leading a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway. You will ensure safe working practices for your team and provide day-to-day support and guidance. Reporting to a manager who oversees general team management duties, reviews, and more. This position suits someone looking to progress or rejoin as a Team Leader.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Significant experience in signalling/SMTH maintenance work
* Valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS
* Full UK driving licence
* SMTH qualification and full IRSE licence

**Benefits:**
The salary for this position is £53,824 as a starting salary, but with overtime, shift allowances, and on-call payments, this can increase significantly.
