Job Summary: We are recruiting a Signalling Team Lead to join our team based in Crewe. The successful candidate will have significant experience in signalling maintenance and be ready for a Team Lead position. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and range of benefits.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Leading a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway
* Ensuring safe working practices for the team
* Providing day-to-day support and guidance

**Requirements:**
* Significant experience in signalling/SMTH maintenance work
* Valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS
* Full UK driving licence
* SMTH qualification and full IRSE licence
