Nights Care Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team as a Nights Care Team Lead. The successful candidate will lead a team of childcare professionals in a child-centred approach, focusing on building solid professional relationships and delivering daily care to looked after children (LAC) living in a group environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in a child-centred approach, focusing on building solid professional relationships and delivering daily care to looked after children (LAC) living in a group environment.
- Support the development of life skills, including positive relationships, independence skills such as budgeting, shopping, and cooking.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
