About the Role: As a Signalling Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway. This permanent position is based in Crewe and requires the successful candidate to travel to site using company vehicles. A competitive salary and range of benefits are on offer, including a base salary of £53,824, plus shift allowances and on-call payments.

**Responsibilities:**
* Leading a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway
* Ensuring safe working practices for the team
* Providing day-to-day support and guidance

**Requirements:**
* Significant experience in signalling/SMTH maintenance work
* Valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS
* Full UK driving licence
* SMTH qualification and full IRSE licence
