Rolling Stock Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Rolling Stock Operations Specialist to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Heavy Maintenance services to our customers.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team of delivery managers and team leaders. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, safety, and budgetary management of Heavy Maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of delivery, safety, and budgetary management of Heavy Maintenance operations
  • Leadership and development of a high-performing team of delivery managers and team leaders
  • Development and implementation of strategies to drive performance and improve efficiency
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Rolling Stock: Strong background in operations or depot leadership
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire teams and drive performance
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers
