Operational Delivery Contract Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the operational delivery of contractual obligations for the servicing of passenger rolling stock, locomotives, freight wagons, and track plant. This includes managing relationships with key stakeholders, including CrossCountry Fleet Management, Alstom, non-ATC servicing locations, and internal teams.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality operational services in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to drive mutual success.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in contract/commercial management or operational management of preventative and scheduled maintenance programs.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office 365 and SAP Power BI.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the rail industry.
Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A valid driving licence is required due to travel involved in this role.
