Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a skilled Electrical Manager to lead their maintenance team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of maintenance services efficiently and effectively, ensuring the facility is sustainably maintained to provide a reliable production service to joint venture partners.

  • Ensure that all maintenance work is performed safely in compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policy.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to drive a proactive maintenance approach.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop a proactive engineering program and support the site engineering manager as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and oversee maintenance activities.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team.
  • Support the development of staff through training and competency assessment.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of annual plant shutdowns.

Requirements:

  • HNC/degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in maintenance and reliability in a petrochemical, oil refining or chemical industrial environment.
  • Experience of managing multi-discipline teams and a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
