Job Description:

You will work closely with our Quality Training Advisors to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children. You will be responsible for supporting the education and development of your key children, through outstanding quality of teaching and learning. Collaborating as part of a team, you will deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we'll cover the costs)
  • Open, honest, and compassionate
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children

Salary and Benefits:

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum. A range of benefits, including discounts and perks, wellbeing support, and volunteer leave.
