Tadworth, Surrey, United Kingdom Your Co-op Full time
About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning. You will also collaborate with your colleagues to deliver exceptional care, early education, and meet performance standards consistently.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about early years and working with children. A full and relevant early years qualification is essential, and an Enhanced DBS check is required. We value open, honest, and compassionate individuals who inspire and motivate others.

In return, we offer a range of benefits that make a real difference in your life. Our career growth opportunities allow you to progress within the nursery or explore roles across the society. You'll have access to learning and development resources, including one-to-one supervisions, personal development plans, and award-winning LEAP Apprenticeship programmes.

We also offer discounts and perks, such as up to 20% off food shopping, £500 off holidays, and 60% off childcare fees – potentially saving you £7,000 per year. Your wellbeing is important to us, and we provide financial and mental wellbeing apps, as well as three days' volunteer time within working hours.

Your Co-op Little Pioneers is a child-centric approach that prioritizes fun, nurturing a kinder and more considerate generation.
