Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of dedicated professionals in fostering children's development.
  • Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Collaborate with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
  • Play a key role in supporting the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification is essential for this role.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required, and we will cover the costs.
  • You should be open, honest, and compassionate, with a passion for early years and working with children.
