We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Educator to join our team at Your Co-op Little Pioneers. As a key member of our staff, you will work in partnership with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
Job Description:- Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.
- Collaborate as part of a team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.
- Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
- An Enhanced DBS check (we'll cover the costs).
- Open, honest, and compassionate.
- Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
