The People Advisor role at Seven Investment Management LLP is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic People & Culture team.

This full-time position is responsible for providing first-line advice and support to line managers and colleagues on all aspects of employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward, talent development, wellbeing, and employee relations.

As a key member of the P&C team, you will be responsible for managing a range of colleague touchpoints, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and off-boarding processes, supporting hiring managers with interviews and selection decisions, providing administrative support with case work and documentation, and collaborating with the P&C team on investigations and disciplinary procedures.

You will also have the opportunity to design and deliver training programs for Line Managers and colleagues, oversee the STARS recognition scheme, and assist in the administration of annual salary reviews and bonuses.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate confidently both verbally and in written communication. You should have proven experience as a HR Assistant, good understanding of employment law, and experience in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

A degree-level qualification and Level 5 CIPD Qualification are desirable. Knowledge of HR systems and their functional capacity, previous recruitment and interview experience, and prior knowledge and experience of working in investment and/or fund management/retail financial services are preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
