Agora Talent is seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Manager to join their team in London. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys a varied workload, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and can handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to policy development, performance management, and employee engagement.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR generalist who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings and is ready to build and drive HR processes from the ground up. As the HR Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client's operations, partnering closely with the Founders to support their ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Founders to design and implement a people strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and values.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate and new joiner experience.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to drive continuous improvement.
  • Policy Development: Establish and maintain HR policies and practices that support compliance and reflect the company's ethos.
  • HR Operations: Handle the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.


The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
