Job Title: HR Manager

A talented HR professional is required by Agora Talent to lead the development of HR practices and drive business outcomes in a dynamic tech environment. You'll work closely with the Founders to support their ambitious growth plans and develop a people strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.

About the Role:

As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to drive continuous improvement. You'll also manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and new joiner experience.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, handle day-to-day HR functions, and drive business outcomes. You'll have the chance to lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Founders to design and implement a people strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and values.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate and new joiner experience.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to drive continuous improvement.
  • Policy Development: Establish and maintain HR policies and practices that support compliance and reflect the company's ethos.
  • HR Operations: Handle the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a standalone HR Manager role or similar.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a tech startup or similar high-growth environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt and prioritise in a rapidly changing environment.
