Job Description: Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced People Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping our people strategies during a period of growth. This full-time, 12-month contract is based in London and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with company values and growth objectives. You will work closely with our leadership team to provide coaching and guidance on people management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. Additionally, you will support managers in identifying performance gaps and development opportunities within their teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with company values and growth objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on people management, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
  • Support managers in identifying performance gaps and development opportunities within their teams.
  • Design and deliver training programs in partnership with the learning and development team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant people-focused laws and regulations.
  • Assist with incentive planning, remuneration benchmarking, and job gradings.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team on recruitment strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance within the insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A data-driven, solution-oriented approach to decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilities.
