We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Children and Young People Health Outreach Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to children and young people in a variety of settings, including hospitals and community clinics.
- Assess needs, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide effective liaison and communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, communicating concerns to the nurse in charge as necessary.
- Ensure child and family confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Registered Children's Nurse with proven experience of children's nursing. Desirable qualifications include HDU qualification/experience and evidence of safeguarding experience.
