Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Lebrun House. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a residential home
  • Qualifications in care or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
