Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in General Practice Management and a strong understanding of the rapidly changing healthcare environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the local team of doctors, nurses, and staff to deliver high-quality patient services.
  • Work closely with our Area Manager and wider SSP Health Team to support practice engagement with the wider health economy.
  • Identify transferable skills and demonstrate an understanding of current demands within Primary Care.

Requirements

  • GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.
  • Experience of Emis.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate their team. The ideal candidate will be confident with IT and enjoy working flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.
