About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at SSP Health. As the biggest provider of GP services in the North West, we offer a unique opportunity to work in an innovative environment and be part of a wider team with support available from existing PMs across our sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our practices, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance, patient engagement, and staff satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our wider SSP Health Team to ensure seamless integration and support across our network of practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in primary care and healthcare policy, applying this knowledge to drive improvement and innovation in our practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a General Practice Management setting, with a strong understanding of the rapidly changing healthcare environment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
