About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at SSP Health. As the biggest provider of GP services in the North West, we are proud to have 40+ practices all rated as Outstanding or Good by CQC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be confident with IT, and enjoy working flexibly in a rapidly changing environment. You will have the aptitude to support practice engagement with the wider health economy, such as local Primary Care Networks, local practice manager networks, and community care providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and report on practice performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements

  • GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.
  • Experience of Emis.
