About the Role
SSP Health is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic team. As the biggest provider of GP services in the North West, we offer a unique opportunity to work in an innovative environment and be part of a wider team with support available from existing PMs across our sites.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the local team of doctors, nurses, and staff to deliver high-quality patient services.
- Manage and monitor performance targets, ensuring the practice meets the required standards.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and wider SSP Health Team to drive business growth and improvement.
- Support practice engagement with the wider health economy, including local Primary Care Networks and community care providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing people and teams in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with IT systems, including Emis, is desirable.
