About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at SSP Health. As the biggest provider of GP services in the North West, we offer a unique opportunity to work in an innovative environment and be part of a wider team with support available from existing PMs across our sites.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in a General Practice Management setting and an understanding of the rapidly changing healthcare environment. They will be responsible for leading the local team of doctors, nurses, and staff, and will have the aptitude to support practice engagement with the wider health economy.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who is confident with IT and enjoys working flexibly in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience of Emis and be able to identify transferable skills that can support our practices.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths. Experience of Emis is desirable.
