About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Patient Engagement to join our team at Allucent. As a key member of our Patient Engagement team, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of Patient Engagement activities, including Patient Recruitment and Retention and Allucent's Patient Direct Trials solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and deploy Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies and tactics, including recruitment and retention materials, digital outreach campaigns, and site-specific strategies.
  • Work closely with Patient Advocacy Groups to support studies and ensure compliance with study scope.
  • Manage junior members of the Patient Engagement team, including deliverables, project allocation, utilization, and workload.
  • Coordinate and manage Allucent's Patient Direct Trial offering, including working with PDT partners and sponsors to ensure deliverables stay on track and on time.
  • Conduct UAT testing of study-specific PDT Patient Apps and work cross-functionally with other Allucent departments as required.
Requirements
  • Life science, healthcare, and/or business degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
  • Understanding or awareness of clinical outcome assessments, electronic deployment, and DCT approaches.
  • Excellent knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA, and country regulations.
  • Strong customer service orientation, professionalism, and presentation of a positive image of the company.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to confront constructively.
  • Fosters learning and the advancement and development of others.
  • Representative, outgoing, and client-focused.
