About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Baines Simmons. As a key player in our Business Development and Sales department, you will be responsible for driving In-Company training services to our clients across Key Accounts and Individual territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal sales revenue target at required margin level
  • Identify new opportunities from regulatory changes and market intelligence, engaging with clients to identify how our services can support their strategic goals
  • Demonstrate credibility when interacting with stakeholders of all levels
  • Work with our consultants and the Products team to respond to all client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution
  • Write proposals that accurately reflect the needs of the client and the benefits of our proposed solution
  • Manage all enquiries and activities correctly in the CRM to enable accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Represent Baines Simmons at relevant industry events
  • Ensure our terms of business are consistently applied
About You
  • Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years' business development experience in a services environment with a proven track record of generating Account Management and new revenue growth.
  • You must be able to work independently and also enjoy working collaboratively as part of a broader team.
  • Good understanding of business strategy with strong commercial analysis and negotiation skills.
