About the Role

Achieving for Children is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people with neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence and improve quality of life for children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and families, to provide holistic care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and carers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in paediatric physiotherapy, and apply this knowledge to inform clinical decision-making and service development.
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc Physiotherapy degree and HCPC registration.
  • Extensive experience working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, ABI, and neuromuscular conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including families, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services and achieving excellent outcomes for children and young people.
