Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our paediatric services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work across our dedicated Paediatric Emergency Department, Children's Resuscitation Bay, and Urgent Treatment Centre, delivering safe and effective care to approximately 29,000 children per year.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and safety.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education and training programs for staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our paediatric services.
