**Director of Institutional Client Relationships, Pension Funds

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Institutional Client Relationships function, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the LGPS market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of pension fund dynamics, and exceptional communication skills.

**Compensation:** £100,000 - £140,000 per annum

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of client relationship strategies, focusing on long-term growth and retention.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at LGPS funds, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness and promote the company's expertise among target audiences.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 8 years of experience in business development, with a focus on institutional clients and/or pension funds.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain complex relationships, often spanning multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and settings.
  • Results-driven approach, with a keen focus on delivering high-impact outcomes.
