As a Care Home Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued delivery of Good and Outstanding care by providing induction and development training to our staff.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering training against Barchester objectives and training statistics, providing practical, hands-on training, planning and publishing training calendars, and ensuring employee training files are up-to-date.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover. With a full UK driving licence, you will be required to travel around a specific region.
