Compassionate Home Care Support Specialist

As a Care Assistant with us, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily activities and routines, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
You'll work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your skills and experience will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of those you support.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Minimum 3 months' experience in a similar role
- A deep understanding of client needs and preferences
- The ability to connect empathetically with elderly or disabled clients
- Knowledge of food hygiene, manual handling, and health & safety standards
- A passion for enabling person-centred care and support
