About the Role: We are seeking a Compassionate Care Professional to join our team at SweetTree Home Care Services. As a Dementia Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia in their own homes. We offer a competitive salary of £13.15 - £14.55 per hour, paid weekly, and flexible working hours that cater to your schedule. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months' experience in a home care setting as a Carer, be able to communicate professionally and empathetically with elderly or disabled clients, and have a deep understanding of the needs and vulnerabilities of elderly adults within our community.
