About the Role
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' unique needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and best practices, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting positive outcomes and improving quality of life.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing, particularly in eating disorders, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and general Mental Health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice, staying up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines.
