Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at LIPS Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and ensure the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care within LIPS Healthcare.
  • Operate the consulting rooms and intervention, minor procedure suite, and conduct patient tests and support minor procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, provide meticulous documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Promote an excellent patient experience in a private care setting with attention to key stakeholders such as Consultants.
  • Ensure the calm and effective running of the service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications, Proficiencies, and Capabilities:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Additional training or certification in outpatient nursing.
  • Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development and commitment to maintaining up-to-date nursing knowledge.
  • Independent sector/Private Patient experience.
  • Outpatient operations.
  • Proficient in administering medications and treatments as prescribed and competent in managing and monitoring patients undergoing outpatient procedures.
  • Sound understanding of infection control practices.
