Outpatient Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our Outpatient team at the London Bridge Hospital campus, which has been rated "Outstanding" by the CQC.

This position is based at our new Canary Wharf site, but flexibility is required for you to work across any of our satellite centres if needed.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a registered nurse, assisting in the organisation of clinics, chaperoning, and supporting medical staff in outpatient and ultrasound procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in healthcare/hospital settings
  • Evidence of updating clinical skills/knowledge
  • Ability to assist in coordinating the outpatient area
  • Evidence of professional and personal development
  • Phlebotomy skills
  • NVQ in Health and Social Care/Care certificate
