Job Title: Care Home Administrator

At Gold Care Homes, we are seeking an organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Care Home Administrator. This role is based in Ealing and offers a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage correspondence, and support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing warm and welcoming experiences for residents, visitors, and stakeholders at St David's Nursing Home.
  2. Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes efficiently.
  3. Preparing and submitting accurate records, including financial contracts, invoices, and documentation.
  4. Supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with diary management and coordination of meetings.
