Care Administrator

As a skilled Care Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our care homes on a bank basis. With a strong focus on organizational skills and attention to detail, you will ensure the smooth operation of our reception duties, general correspondence, and payroll processing.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide front-desk coverage, answering calls, transferring them to relevant departments, and greeting visitors with a warm smile.
- Perform daily tasks such as preparing timesheets, submitting summaries for payroll, and maintaining accurate records.
- Offer typing support from written and recorded material, using Microsoft Office to maintain corporate standards while ensuring confidentiality.
- Liaise with Bank and Agency staff to coordinate the duty rota and deliver corporate objectives.
- A full driving license is mandatory for this role.
- Prior experience in an administrative capacity within a care home environment is highly desirable.
- You will be required to work in Hertfordshire and Essex region for annual leave cover.
- $20.00 per hour for your expertise.
